Position: Dietary Supervisor
About: Atlantic Shores, an award-winning continuing care retirement community located in Virginia Beach, is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead the dietary team and ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents in the skilled nursing and rehabilitative care setting.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; a minimum of two years related experience and/or training in food service operations, healthcare setting preferred; thorough knowledge of therapeutic diets and food nutrients; strong leadership skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues; positive attitude and teamwork; state applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card required
