Position: Dietary Aide
About: Floral Long Term Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. The role involves assisting in assembling and checking diet trays, labeling and delivering food carts, working in the dish room, preparing snacks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and handling garbage disposal.
Requirements: Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required); must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc.; able to follow and understand procedures; positive attitude, patience, and team mentality
