Position: Dietary Aide
About: The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team. Open availability is required. The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsibilities also include handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred. Skills and Abilities: Understanding of infection control procedures; Ability to multitask and manage stress; Competent in time management and organizational skills; Understanding and embracing the assisted living philosophy; Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours; Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication; Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
