Position: Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse – RN
About: Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to support their mission, vision, and core values in maintaining cost-effective clinical operations while ensuring quality patient care in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing patient care, staffing, quality standards, and maintaining facility integrity in alignment with FMCNA policies and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN); Current appropriate state licensure; 6 – 8 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred; Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing, with experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU preferred; Minimum of 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience; Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, and decision making; Must complete Clinical Manager training modules and ongoing developmental programs within the specified timeline
