Position: Di Bruno – Pastry Cook

Requirements: Understanding of pastry cooking methods; Minimum one year of experience in a pastry and bakery environment, or as a line cook with one or more years of experience interested in pastry; Previous experience working with knives in a culinary environment; Flexible schedule, willing to work nights and weekends; Solid organizational skills, ability to multitask while focusing on the ultimate goal; Ability to work in a diverse environment with an emphasis on product consistency; Effective communication with customers, superiors, and peers; Proficient in reading, writing, and counting for accurate documentation completion; Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
