Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years’ experience in high-volume pastry roles in restaurants, catering, luxury hotels, or commissary kitchens; proficiency in pastry production and costs control; experience with inventory, ordering, and staff management; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible hours
