Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume food industry setting; Strong knife skills & understanding of all cooking methods; Previous experience working with knives in a culinary environment; Flexible schedule; willing to work a rotating schedule based on business needs; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on product consistency; Ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers; Ability to read, write, and count to accurately complete all documentation; Ability to move or handle products and supplies throughout the store and kitchen
