Position: DEPUTY DIRECTOR AEC – EVENT AND GUEST SERVICES
About: The Dane County Alliant Energy Center, located in Madison, WI, is seeking a Deputy Director – Events & Guest Services to join their team. The center hosts over 200 events annually, attracting approximately half a million visitors each year. The Deputy Director will be a key member of the Alliant Energy Center’s Executive team, involved in various aspects of the organization, planning, and operations of the facility.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; five years of supervisory experience at a multipurpose facility or managing a high-population, multi-facility campus; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license or reliable transportation; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potentially confrontational situations
