Position: Department Manager
About: The Kades Corporation, the 5th largest McDonald’s Franchise in the United States, operates 53 soon to be 54 restaurants in 3 different markets in Texas, with 18 restaurants in the Beaumont area. They are currently looking for experienced and driven leaders for assistant manager positions, offering excellent career growth opportunities.
Requirements: Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in the corporate-owned restaurants.
