Position: Department Manager
About: Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking highly motivated and self-directed individuals to join their team as Department Managers overseeing different areas of the restaurant. Requirements: Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills. They should have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
