Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Documentation of Culinary Associates Degree preferred; Formalized food safety and training preferred; Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience with high-volume cooking line preparation in a full-service establishment; One (1) to two (2) years of experience training and/or teaching preferred; Vegetarian and/or vegan experience preferred
