Requirements: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; minimum of two years related experience and/or training; current certification for ServSafe or capability to pass ServSafe class within 90 days of employment; ability to prepare, read, and comprehend documents; ability to write reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively with individuals and before groups; ability to calculate figures, perform mathematical functions, and solve problems; capable of qualifying for licenses or permits required by law; physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including lifting up to 25 lbs
