Position: Demi-Chef de Rang

The Demi-Chef de Rang is responsible for providing outstanding service to residents and guests in the restaurants, In-Residence Dining, and during special events or beach BBQs.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience on a luxury cruise ship, private country club, luxury hotel or resort; Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred; Outgoing personality and good sense of humor to converse with Residents and Guests; Good planning and organizational skills; Able to read, write and speak fluently in English; One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferred
