Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 12 months experience in a position with knowledge of Italian cuisine; experience in a Trattoria is an advantage; attention to detail and quality adaptability; fluency in French; flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day schedule, including weekends and holidays; teamwork attitude, rigorous and organized approach; excellent personal hygiene
