About: Penn National Gaming is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor/Cook to join their team. As a Demi Chef at Penn National Gaming, you will assist the Sous Chef with administrative duties, provide guidance and daily supervision to staff, ensure food preparation standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence in a high-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to provide guidance and supervision to staff; strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management; excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
