About: Assist with the implementation of Division Deli Merchandising programs, ensuring overall presentation, cleanliness, and profitability of the Department at all times. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a positive role model for the team, offering training and guidance to department staff in the Deli Manager’s absence.
Requirements: No less than one-two years’ experience in the Food industry; Training experience preferred; High School Diploma/GED or relevant work history or ability to perform essential job functions; Highly motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong Customer Service qualities; Strong leadership ability
