Position: Dean of Campus Administration, Facilities, and Operations
About: CT State Community College in Naugatuck Valley is seeking a Dean of Campus Administration, Facilities, and Operations to lead the campus environment and oversee various operational aspects such as facilities, maintenance, financial support services, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements: Master’s degree in an appropriate field with five (5) or more years of experience in higher education or academic administration, including three (3) years of supervision experience; advanced knowledge in budget and fiscal management, facilities and capital planning, campus operations and security, higher education administration, supervision and training, leadership, collaboration, analytical skills; ability to work effectively with diverse faculty, staff, and students; strong IT literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
