Position: Day Time Sous Chef
About: Located at a Cafe in the Dominos Farm Building in Ann Arbor, this position is for a professional Sous Chef to work as the second in command in the kitchen, following the Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will utilize culinary and managerial skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience as a chef; Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware; Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.); Ability to follow all sanitation procedures; Ability to work in a team; Very good communication skills
