Position: CUT Pastry Chef

About: Four Seasons is looking for a CUT Pastry Chef who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employees and guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The CUT Pastry Chef Reports to the Executive Chef of CUT. Work authorization for the location is required.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant; Proven experience in creating and executing high quality, innovative desserts with a focus on seasonal ingredients and elegant presentation; Strong understanding of flavor pairings, texture, and modern pastry techniques; Proficiency in baking, chocolate work, sugar work, and other advanced pastry techniques; Demonstrated ability to lead and train a pastry team; Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen management practices; Strong communication skills to collaborate with front and back-of-house teams; Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and guest preferences while maintaining the restaurant’s vision and standards; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail; Flexible schedule and ability to work different shifts, holidays, and weekends
