Position: CUT Pastry Chef
About: Four Seasons, located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, is seeking a talented and passionate CUT Pastry Chef to join their team. The position offers the opportunity to work in a luxurious and iconic hotel setting, delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to guests and patrons. The CUT Pastry Chef will report to the Executive Chef of CUT and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the establishment’s fine dining experience.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant; proficiency in creating high-quality desserts with seasonal ingredients and elegant presentation; strong leadership and team training skills in a pastry environment; knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen management practices; excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen and service teams
