About: Signature’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are integral to the success of the fixed base operation (FBO) by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. CSRs handle concierge services efficiently, ensuring adherence to company procedures and accurate information exchange.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED; minimum of 18 years old; valid state license where required; professional appearance; ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive necessary security clearances; legal authorization to work; completion of training programs; computer proficiency; strong English communication skills; flexibility in scheduling and weather conditions; basic arithmetic skills; preferred 3-6 months experience in related fields; preferred knowledge of radio procedures and protocols
