Position: Customer Service Representative-MIA (FT) Seasonal
About: Signature’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for providing excellent customer service at the fixed base operation (FBO) in a professional and courteous manner. They handle concierge services, computer tasks, and ensure seamless customer interactions with visitors and coworkers. The role involves maintaining accuracy in busy settings and upholding Signature’s service standards and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of 18 years of age; valid state license where applicable; professional appearance; ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and maintain airport security badge; legally authorized to work in the country of employment; completion of Signature’s training programs; computer literacy; strong verbal and written English communication skills; flexibility to work in various weather conditions; ability to perform simple arithmetic; preferred: 3-6 months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service; preferred: knowledge of radio procedures and protocols
