Position: Customer Service Representative – Houston
About: Galaxy FBO, a premier fixed-base operator (FBO) providing top-notch service to aviation clients, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional concierge services and support at our facility. The CSR will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including hotel reservations, rental car arrangements, and ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); 1-3 years of customer service experience; proficient computer skills; valid driver’s license; experience with TotalFBO and FlightBridge software preferred; experience in flight scheduling/dispatching preferred
