Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, contact center, or food service industry; Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Computer literacy; Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection; Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus; Post-secondary education of 2+ years preferred
