Position: Customer Service Representative – FSD
About: Signature’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at the fixed base operation (FBO) are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while handling various tasks with precision and efficiency. They serve as the forefront of Signature, ensuring seamless interactions and assistance for visitors and colleagues.
Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum of 18 years of age; A valid state license where driving is required; Professional appearance; Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and maintain an airport security badge; Legal authorization to work in the country of employment; Completion of Signature’s training programs; Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Ability to work flexibly in different weather conditions; Proficiency in arithmetic operations; Preferably 3-6 months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service; Preferred knowledge of radio procedures and protocols
