Position: Customer Service Representative

This full-time opportunity is in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center, where Alarm Monitoring Representatives work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends. Operators are responsible for responding to alarm signals, notifying authorities, and ensuring customer safety and security.
Requirements: High school diploma required; some college preferred; 1-3 years of work experience; type 30+ words per minute; ability to prioritize and multitask; follow written and verbal instructions; perform duties with urgency and accuracy; good interpersonal communication and organizational skills; positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement; completed pre-hire typing assessment; successful completion of paid training and certification exam as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator
