Position: Customer Service Representative
About: Staples, Inc., Quill, a part of the Staples family of brands, renowned since 1956 for its leadership in office supplies, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, driving sales through effective account management and exceptional client service.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D; 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role; effective communication (oral and written) and effective relationship building skills
