Position: Customer Service Representative
About: Provides receptionist and clerical support in preparing, coordinating, and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. This is a PRN position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate day-to-day Guest Service activities, assist patients/guests/families and staff with guest services, follow up on concerns and/or complaints, and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. In the Preferred Qualifications, at least one (1) year of customer services or guest relations experience is preferred. The Physical Requirements include effective communication, operating computers and office equipment, seeing and reading computer monitors and documents, remaining sitting or standing for long periods, and may require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies. The location is Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. The hourly range for this position is $16.83 – $21.88.
