Position: Customer Service Rep II

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 1-year customer service, administrative, or call center experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; judgment and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual fluency in Spanish/English preferred; knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical record technology a plus
