Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/CONCIERGE
About: jetCenters of Colorado is a group of three full service Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) along Colorado’s Front Range, focusing on safety, service, and security. They provide flight services for business, general, commercial, and military aircraft operations at their Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins-Loveland locations.
Requirements: Age 18+; High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation; Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form; Strong customer service skills; Team player; Quick learner; Ability to multi-task; Problem-solving/conflict resolution skills; Ability to pass pre-employment checks (drug screen, security check, motor records check, non-DOT physical); Preferred: Prior FBO experience
