Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – SFO

The Member Service Professional (MSP) role is based in the American Express Centurion Lounge at the Philadelphia Airport, where MSPs serve as ambassadors of the brand, delivering top-notch customer service to Card Members.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for proactive customer service; Exceptional communication skills; Positive attitude and professionalism; Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
