Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – PHX
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to provide superior service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in PHX Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, offering travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to enhance Card Members’ experiences.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience; Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer confident recommendations; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making skills; Resourcefulness in utilizing the Internet effectively for face-to-face customer assistance; Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Adaptability to changing environments and resilience; Light to moderate lifting may be required
