Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – Philadelphia Airport
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to provide exceptional service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Philadelphia Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, delivering top-notch travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to enhance the customer experience. They are dedicated to personalizing service and fostering strong relationships with Card Members, embodying the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making skills; Resourcefulness and proficiency in using technology; Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure
