Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – Philadelphia Airport
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Philadelphia Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, enhancing their experience with American Express.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Professionalism and positive attitude; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making skills; Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Resourceful with effective internet usage in face-to-face customer interactions; Adaptability to changing environments; Capable of utilizing multiple technology platforms; Ability to lift light to moderate weights for certain tasks.
