Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – Philadelphia Airport
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at the Philadelphia Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors and provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to make quick and effective decisions; Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude; Capability to use technology effectively in face-to-face customer interactions
