Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – MIA
About: American Express, a global financial services company, is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service at the American Express Centurion Lounge in MIA Airport. The MSPs act as brand ambassadors and provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, aiming to deepen their relationship with American Express through exceptional customer service and tailored assistance.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for proactive customer solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Collaborative team player; Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment; Resourcefulness and adaptability; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift light to moderate weights; Ability to use technology platforms effectively
