Position: Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge – MIA
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at MIA Airport. MSPs represent the brand, excite customers, and provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members in a customer-facing environment, aiming to deepen their relationship with American Express.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customer needs and offer confident recommendations for high customer satisfaction; Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making in unexpected situations prioritizing Card Members’ experience; Resourcefulness and effective use of the Internet in customer interactions; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Adaptability and resilience; Capability for light to moderate lifting
