Position: Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge – MIA
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the MIA Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services while ensuring extraordinary customer experiences. They work collaboratively to tailor products and services to meet Card Members’ needs and deepen relationships with American Express.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making in unanticipated situations prioritizing customer experience; Resourcefulness in face-to-face customer assistance; Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Capability to adapt to changing environments and technology platforms; Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific job tasks
