Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – LGA
About: American Express is looking for a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at LaGuardia Airport. The MSPs will act as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, enhancing their overall experience with American Express.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for providing proactive solutions and delighting customers with exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customer needs, offer confident recommendations, and maintain professionalism in all interactions; Collaboration and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment; Quick decision-making abilities and resilience to adapt to changing environments; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Capacity for light to moderate lifting as needed; Resourcefulness in using the Internet effectively for customer assistance; Comfort in switching between multiple technology platforms with ease
