Position: Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge – LAX
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at LAX Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience; Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to and delight customers with confident recommendations; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Collaboration in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills; Utilization of technology platforms with ease; Adaptability to a changing environment; Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Light to moderate lifting may be required
