Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – LAS Airport
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver exceptional service at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Harry Reid International Airport. MSPs serve as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members and ensuring their needs are met effectively and professionally.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus); Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions; Exceptional communication skills and ability to delight customers in every interaction; Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making skills and ability to handle unanticipated situations effectively; Resourceful, proficient in using technology, and capable of adapting to changing environments; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Capacity for light to moderate lifting
