Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – DEN Airport
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver exceptional service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Denver Airport. The MSPs represent the brand and provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, aiming to deepen relationships and offer tailored recommendations.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience; Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to customer needs and offer confident recommendations; Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions; Collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment; Quick and effective decision-making skills; Resourcefulness in using the Internet for customer assistance; Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Capacity for light to moderate lifting if required
