About: American Express, a global financial services company, is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to join their team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport Centurion Lounge. The MSP will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to Card Members, embodying the brand’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience; Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide proactive solutions; Must exhibit professionalism and positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to handle unexpected situations effectively and prioritize customer experience; Comfortable with technology and proficient in using online resources; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; High school diploma or equivalent
