Position: Customer Experience Concierge, Centurion Lounge – Atlanta
About: American Express is seeking a Member Service Professional (MSP) to deliver superior service to Card Members at the American Express Centurion Lounge in the Philadelphia Airport. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers; Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred; Passion for proactive customer service solutions; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to listen to and delight customers with confident recommendations; Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude; Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment; Quick decision-making skills; Resourceful and proficient in using the Internet; Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Adaptability to changing environments; Light to moderate lifting may be required
