Position: Customer Accounts Advisor
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. They build relationships with customers to help them move closer to ownership.
Requirements: 21 years old in the US, 18 in Canada; valid state Driver’s License; ability to work flexible hours; 2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
