Position: CULINARY SUPERVISOR – AM SHIFT (CINDY’S ROOFTOP)
About: The Chicago Athletic Association, a historic boutique hotel located on Michigan Ave, is seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor (AM Shift) to join the team at Cindy’s Rooftop on the 13th floor. The hotel boasts 240 guest rooms & suites, 17,000 sq ft of event space, and multiple dining venues, recently voted #1 best hotel in Chicago by Condé Nast Traveler readers.
Requirements: Good communication skills; at least 2 years of previous experience preferred; Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred; ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills; proficiency in working multiple kitchen stations; availability for the AM Shift (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), including holidays and weekends
