Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; ServeSafe Certification; 3 to 5 years of culinary work experience in commercial, healthcare, or educational food service; Strong oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of Joint Commission and OSHA requirements; Ability to make decisions in various situations; Effective collaboration with diverse populations; Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic; Basic computer skills including email, e-learning, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
