Position: Culinary Services Supervisor / Dietary Supervisor
About: Colonial Manor Nursing Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking attentive and kindhearted health professionals to join their team and provide exceptional care to residents. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Food Services Department.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association; Minimum of five (5) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility; Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
