Position: Culinary Ops Supervisor (Restaurant Sous Chef) – Omaha

About: Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee the distribution of workload and maintain the highest quality food product while upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and productivity standards in the culinary operations of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.

Requirements: Must be 19 years or older; Associate degree in related field or equivalent work experience; Eight (8) years of Culinary Management experience in large, multi-outlet, Casino/Hotel; Five (5) years in a supervisory capacity required; Thorough knowledge of food and beverage planning and production procedures; Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
