Position: Culinary Operations Chef
About: Ho-Chunk, Inc. is looking for a Culinary Operations Chef to manage the daily operation of multiple restaurants, high volume casual kitchens, trendy quick service restaurants, and the team member dining room. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, ensuring training and development of back of house staff, overseeing inventory and ordering, and upholding sanitation standards.
Requirements: Must be 19 years or older; Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related experience; Five or more years of Steward/Kitchen Management experience in a large, multi-outlet Casino/Hotel; Extensive knowledge of kitchen sanitation, equipment, and food preparation techniques; Excellent customer service and communication skills
